Parmesan Crusted Chicken

So excited to try tonight's dinner:  Parmesan Crusted Chicken.  We will probably have Trader Joe's french fores, and corn with it, too!

Just a reminder...if your house isn't 100% GF, to use aluminum foil on the pan to avoid cross-contamination,  a squeeze jar of mayo or a new jar of mayo to avoid contamination from crumbs, and of course use GF bread crumbs. Enjoy!
