Tonight's Dinner: Hot Chicken Salad

This morning, I made my dinner before work, and I can't wait to get home to try it!  I replaced croutons for GF toast, and didn't add the almonds.  Also, for the breadcrumbs, I used Gilligan's.  For a little extra flavor, I sprinkled some Italian Salt Seasoning.
